The key of the humanism of the future is 1) anti-substratism and 2) compassion: 1) No matter the substrate to generate awareness. No matter the species, no matter animal or mineral, wet or dry, robot or simulation… or mixed situations… if consciousness is generated, if sentience is generated, having interests, preferences… then the individual arises; and 2) Whether you are in a situation of superiority, no matter that no one is watching, no matter if almost nobody cares. If someone feels, even if it is in an inferior position and can not claim their wishes, we must make the effort to understand their wishes, imagine ourselves in their position, and do everything possible not to frustrate their interests, especially the most intense interests, such as the interest of not being tortured.
